As we head into the summer – and festive – season, our trees are still growing strong and looking lovely and healthy.

We have some changes to the Farm Management – as Ross is moving onto new ventures with his earth moving business (no pun intended!).  We wish him the very best of luck, both he and Michela will be missed – but we will still get to see them at our Truffle Dinners which will be great!  Thank you both for all of your hard work and love put into the farm!
