We held our first Truffle dinner of the 2022 Truffle season at Gioia on the River and we were truly spoiled with a night of Oysters expertly shucked by the one and only Jerry Fraser, followed by a sumptuous 5 course Truffle themed dinner from Andrea and his team paired with wines provided by Rob Olde of The Beverage Company – it’s safe to say we pretty much rolled out of there at the end of the night!

We also had a special guest join us, Alyssa of The Natural Dog, who you will recognise from our newsletters with her dog Macca sniffing out Truffles.  Alyssa is a fellow Truffle lover – and obviously a dog lover – and we could listen to her regale us with stories all night!

It was such a joy to see our Co-op members and friends again – we truly appreciate your support!  We can’t wait to see you at our next Dinner!
