There’s still lots going on down on the farm, as you can see the Trees are growing (and growing and growing!) – and in tandem, drinking lots of water as you can see from the pictures – the main dam is 2+ metres down after a long hot summer.  Our new dam has had some evaporation during this time but is being kept full to the brim.

We’ve also got new signage too which is very exciting!

We’re now heading into the cooler months, which means we’re looking ahead to our Truffle Dinners – yum!  These are always incredibly popular so keep an eye out for further information coming soon!
