Welcome to our March newsletter – we’ve had a hot dry summer and as we head into the cooler months, we’re excited about this year’s Truffle Dinners and Truffle Hunts!

It’s been another hot Summer, and the Trees are in great shape.  They’ve certainly made a dent in the water levels of our Dam – luckily we have another one!

We also had a visit from Professor Alessandra Zambonelli, a visiting Mycologist from the University of Bologna, who is a world leading Truffle expert and is Vice President of CEMM (Confédération Européenne de la Mycologie Méditerranée).  Her wealth of knowledge of all things Truffle was a delight for the team to share and she was very impressed with our Truffiere.

We’re also looking ahead to our Truffle Hunts – and already have positive signs of a good harvest – have a look at the size of this little beaut!  Roll on Truffle Dinners!!!
