After only 2 years and 8 months fr0m first planting, we’ve produced our very first Truffle found by our favourite Truffle dog Macca!  Which is amazing!  Dr Nick attributed the early success to the “fantastic management” by Ross and Linda – a huge well done for the continued great work!! But a big thank you to everyone involved – what great teamwork and an amazing achievement.

Ross and Linda have worked hard, recently taking care of the pruning of the trees, making sure that farm and trees are continually looked after – here are some pictures, and here’s the Truffle too.
